The philosophy of this organization is built upon the principle of GIVERS GAIN: By giving business to others, you will get business in return. This is predicated on an age-old idea: “What goes around comes around”
Our Mission
The mission of BNI is to help members increase their business through a structured, positive, and professional “word-of-mouth” program that enables them to develop long-term, meaningful relationships with quality business professionals.

Our Belief
We believe that you can have anything that you want in life if you will just help enough other people get what they want. BNI is an organization that is based upon helping people get what they want. In this case, it’s referral business. We not only set up the structure to do this, but we also provide the education and training through SuccessNet, Books, Podcasts, Blogs, a Yahoo Member Chat, Member Success Program, periodic workshops, and ongoing Leadership Team and member training sessions. Our business is to help our members increase their business. The success of our members truly is our success.
